I’m Tami Reeves, founder of JLofts&Co, with over 22 years of experience in the beauty industry and 19 years previously spent at SalonLofts. Throughout my career, I’ve specialized in precision cutting, advanced color techniques, and luxury hair extensions—combining artistry, technical skill, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Creating JLofts&Co allowed me to bring a new concept to Lancaster, Ohio—an upscale beauty and wellness destination designed for both clients and independent beauty professionals. Our private loft suites offer stylists the opportunity to grow their businesses in a professional, modern environment, while clients enjoy a personalized and relaxing atmosphere.

The name JLofts is deeply meaningful to me. Inspired by my children, John Jr. and Lilly, their initials represent the heart behind the brand—a space built on family, integrity, and the belief that beauty should feel both empowering and personal.
