Meet the Founder & Owner, Tami
Hi, I’m Tami Reeves, the proud owner of JLofts&Co. With over 22 years in the beauty industry and 19 of those spent working at SalonLofts, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people look and feel their very best. My specialties include precision cutting, coloring, and luxury extensions—services I’ve built on years of training, artistry, and a genuine love for connecting with clients.
Opening JLofts&Co has been a dream come true. I wanted to create more than just a salon—I envisioned an upscale beauty and wellness destination right here in Lancaster, Ohio. A place where professionals can thrive independently in their own private lofts while clients enjoy a welcoming, modern, and relaxing environment. The name “JLofts” comes from my biggest inspiration: my children, John Jr. and Lilly. Their initials are woven into the heart of this business, just like they are in my life.
